Release and Renew: with the Strawberry Full Moon

June 11th sees the lowest full moon in 19 years, a Strawberry Full Moon bringing with her the perfect time to release, renew, and restore your brand energy for the next few months ahead. 

This full moon in Sagitarius is a nod to evolution, growth, and renewal, so here is how to honour her, give to her, and make space for the abundance that is still to come. 

Your brand is living, breathing, beating, growing. Just like you, just like me. Allow your brand the space to grow by clearing out what no longer has a place, but is still squeezing a seat at the end of the table. 

An energetic clearing

Sage it out and write it down

Set the intention to clear the space for your brand, drawing on this evolutionary energy to make space for the new. Sage the space around you - it doesn’t have to be the HQ or the office or anything like that. The saging and the intention will allow the energy to clear.

Release what is no longer serving the brand through writing it down. On your own or as a group, release it and speak it out, letting the moon magic take it away with her. 

A physical clearing

Move through it and make space for new

Set the intention to clear the energy and move. Move things around the physical space, move the energy in your body. Physically clear that stagnant energy that is slowing things down. 

A conduit activation

A vessel for releasing and space making

Your brand would move if it could, speak of its own accord, and create the space it needs. In some ways, it does, but in others, it needs us to act as a conduit and guide for this energy flow. 

Breathe it 

Breathwork for clearing, alternate nostril breathing, Nadi Shodhana, to create space for the new. A grounding breath that, with the intention of brand cleansing behind it, will allow waves of calm and spaciousness to flow in. 

Become it 

Take action to clear the space. What can you do to clear that deck, to make that room, to show the energy of your brand that there is room, space, availability. Act to cleanse, act to clear, act to evolve. Be the energy your brand wants to attract.

Invite it 

Speak it aloud and invite in the new energy. Announce that there is room, it is welcome, and that you have made the space for it to flow. Words are magic, cast them wisely.
