I’m Pam Allen, the founder of Gathers. 

I’m a regular 55 year old woman who has seen stuff, been through stuff, and knows stuff - just like you. I’ve worked for others and also set up my own businesses. I’m married to my partner, a second marriage with a blended family of  five kids, and I had breast cancer last year. 

I created Gathers to connect women navigating life. It is a space for us to feel inspired, meet new people, and to try new things; It exists for people like you and me to talk and connect.

Together we will discover new passions, maybe reignite some old ones, and get to know like-minded women along the way. 

There will be book clubs and coffee mornings, guest speakers and meetups. There will be real and raw connections and open conversations about all sorts, such as menopause - and the night sweats that wake us up at 3AM with a jolt.

Through an online space and in-person events, we enable you to build relationships with women who are just like you. 

We have lived, and we get it, so come and join us for honest conversations on all the stuff you really want to talk about.
